Having been involved in the health industry for 30yrs, I have seen many ‘fad’ products come and go. Every day we are bombarded by the media  telling us about some new diet or magic product that will solve all our problems. It can not only be overwhelming, but we  can outlay our “hardearned” dollars for products and courses that frankly ,only “bandaid” our issues at best.
